A lot of clothing websites suffer mail fraud from sites like MPGH. This was one of them before they started straight up denying any wrongdoing like they’re doing now.

Have you spoken to the place it was supposedly delivered to?

Also think about contacting your bank / paypal and initiating a chargeback, as per the email from the Asos rep.

I don’t know if you’re in the US or not, but was there an actual tracking number attributed to the shipment? Did the tracking information list the package as delivered? If so, did it actually reach this “StreetName 12”? IS that an actual address?

Ultimately I would suggest asking your father go to his card provider and have them reverse the charges.

Have you tried calling them? Cs reps are usually more effective and willing to help when you talk to them through the phone.

To be honest, if your brother forgot to put in the apt number himself it’s his fault and not the company’s fault. You might be able to work something out however.
